I'm currently leading the Advanced Checkout Experiences team at Shopify, building complex checkout workflows for enterprise merchants.

Before Shopify, I helped startups grow through the messy middle: early product bets, rewrites, hiring, engineering management, funding rounds, and the operating lessons that come with them.
